What is Coulee Learn to Skate?
The Tri-State Toe Picks FSC (TSTP) runs a year-round Learn to Skate Program called Coulee Learn to Skate. Class sessions are typically 6-8 weeks in length at the Onalaska Omni Center. Learn to Skate teaches the "FUNdamentals" of skating from the first steps and glides on the ice through more advanced skills. Learn to Skate levels, beginners through Basic 5, are appropriate for all skaters—recreational, hockey, and future figure skaters. After skaters have progressed through the first 5 curriculum levels, they are invited to join our Aspire program which focuses on developing skills to become a figure skater. Coulee Learn to Skate has classes for skaters aged 3 through adult.
Learn to Skate Instructors are all members, accredited, background checked, and experienced instructors of the Learn to Skate USA Program.
