This is a NON-Full Club Membership that allows participants to take part in the Coulee Learn to Skate Aspire program. If you have an Aspire Membership with another club, please email info@couleelearntoskate.org to be set up to register for classes.

- Eligibility to buy Club Ice and participate in Aspire lessons from The Tri-State Toe Picks FSC
- Opportunity to participate in US Figure Skating competitions and performances at Preliminary and lower
- Opportunity to take the following introductory tests: pre-preliminary skating skills and singles, the 12 preliminary dances, and Adult pre-bronze skating skills and singles
- US Figure Skating’s Sports Accident Insurance Policy coverage
- Official Aspire Member Card - SKATING magazine
